Andrew Pierce, Ashley Hudson and their Hamburg community knew that they would not return to the past. Ashley was 17 and had never been with a man before, so the two took things really slow. It was love at first sight. Andrew was praying for Ashley on New Year's Eve right before the new year began in 2016, to God would grant him the last blessing of this year. That Ashley would marry him. Ashley wanted to have the wedding with a rustic, folk theme that represented both her and Andrew. To create their perfect wedding, they decided to take a little inspiration from the things they cherish. Ashley was raised on 40 acres. Ashley and Andrew had played, explored, and explored the entire path that led to the place where they said "I I do" at the wedding of Ashley. On top of that Andrew and Ashley had walked across the field several times since they began their relationship. It was important to personalize the event since Andrew and Ashley did the majority of the work themselves. Ashley designed and painted some of the decor, while Andrew and Ashley's father made the seating and ceremony arch. Ashley claims that we might never have the amazing wedding I envisioned if the wedding hadn't been for Anna's beautiful floral design. It's truly amazing.
